1. GIMT-BOSCH Collaboration
The Institute has taken various initiatives to collaborate with Industries and Institutes. An initiative which will be of immense help to our students, a GIMT – BOSCH Joint Certification Training Centre has been opened at our premises in February 2014. BOSCH is a renowned Ger-man Company dealing in development and maintenance of petrol and diesel engines. In a joint collaboration, GIMT is providing the infrastructure and the machines while BOSCH is providing the expertise. The first batch of students from GIMT has already undergone the training and more such courses will follow. The cost of the train-ing is being heavily subsidized by us so that maximum students can benefit from the training.

2. GIMT-IIT, Mumbai Collaboration
The Finishing School conducts an array of Technical training Certificate courses offered by IIT Bombay Spoken Tutorial in association with Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) apart of its Mission for Education Information and Communications Technology (ICT). These courses are selected to cater to specific and latest Industry needs. Regular classes in communication skills and soft skills. Sessions are provided on CV and resume writing, group discussion sessions, interview performance and behavior, communication and presentation skills, personality development, time management skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal and team management etc.
3. GIMT- Bennett University Collaboration (Artifical Intelliagence and Deep learning Project)
Guwahati (GIMTGuwahati) under its Research promotion initiatives for higher learning has joined the nation wide initiative on "Artificial Intelligence and Deep learning, skilling and Research "Approved by the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK.University College,London,Brunel University and Bennett University, Indiaare Collaborators of the projects.The AllI ndia council of Technical Education(AICTE) has recommended the project to be associated with all its 10000 approved institute in India.
